Creating and submitting an Application
Advisers and their support staff can create and submit a client application through the platform.
Retail clients have access to the platform to view their accounts, holdings and certain reports.
Client contributions can be set up on the platform, whether they are one-off or regular contributions.
Client withdrawals can be requested on the platform, while providing a clear audit trail, without the need for emailing or phone calls.
Reports and Valuations
The platform allows for various reports to be generated depending on the nature of data needed. The reports are Valuations, Monthly Statements, Waterfall Report, Quarterly Report and Annual Charges.
For a number of the adviser firms using the platform, we are responsible for calculating and paying fees from their client’s account. This outlines the process for adding and confirming ad-hoc adviser fees.
